There’s nothing quite like the Jeep Gladiator. It's a pickup truck that combines Jeep Wrangler off-road capabilities with a bed in the back where you can haul cargo. The Gladiator allows you to remove the top and the doors so it's the only open-air pickup in America. Here's more about the new Gladiator that's available for a test drive at Secret City Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Clinton Township, MI.

The engine and performance

Every 2025 Jeep Gladiator will be equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that generates 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. There’s no longer a six-speed manual transmission so the previously optional eight-speed automatic is now the standard arrangement. The 2025 Gladiator will give you 19.4 more inches between the front and rear wheels than the Wrangler, which helps enhance the ride and handling. Available off-road equipment includes skid plates, rock-crawling axle ratios and the ability to ford up to 30 inches of water. The 2025 Gladiator pickups has plenty of ground clearance to help make the Gladiator more effective when you go off-road.

Interior highlights

Inside the cabin, the 2025 Gladiator has an upright dashboard like the Wrangler as well as a unique waterproof push-button start system. Available features include heated front seats and a heated steering wheel and the stretched wheelbase gives passengers more legroom in the back seat than the four-door Wrangler.
